What hours are you open?

Our regular hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday, and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday.

*Also closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and January 18, 15, 22 & 29.

Is there food available at the Junction?

Yes, the Junction Café offers a variety of food options such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, desserts, and an assortment of Pepsi products. Additionally, we feature seasonal specials like wraps and soft serve ice cream throughout the year.

Do you have any special hours around the holidays?

Yes, we offer Special Extended Hours on select days in December, staying open until 8pm. In 2024, these dates include December 13,14, 20 thru 23 and 26 thru 30.

Please note that The Junction closes at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Does EnterTRAINment Junction offer a military discount?

We are more than happy to offer a discount to members of the military. Military members are able to save $3.00 from a full price Do-It-All ticket or $1.50 off a single attraction admission ticket. Available at our ticket window only, the discount is valid for up to six (6) family members. A valid military ID must be presented to receive this offer.

What are your prices for tickets?

Please visit our main ticket page for pricing information. Our best single day admission is our Do-It-All ticket which includes the Train Journey and A-Maze-N Funhouse. Our best Deal is our 1st Class Boarding Pass which includes unlimited admission for one year from the date of purchase and tons of other specials. Additional upgrades are available for purchase at the ticket window.

Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule an EnterTRAINment Junction party?

You can now effortlessly reserve your party online, where you can explore all our package options and view available dates and times.

How soon should I book?

Our dates and times tend to fill up fast, so we suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure the date and time you want is still available.

If I don’t want to book a party can I do a walk in party?

No. We do not allow any walk in parties, all parties have to be booked in advance.

Can I Book the day before my party?

No. All parties need to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

Do I pay for the birthday person?

No, the birthday person enjoys free admission.

What time should I arrive, and how does a typical party proceed?

How long does the party last? Do we do the party first,  then play, or play first and then eat?

Your party area is reserved for 60 minutes. We will host the birthday celebration first, Following that, feel free to enjoy your chosen attraction until we close. Please remember that your guest count includes everyone from the ages of 3 to 99 years old. Please be aware that access to the attractions is restricted to those with a wristband, even if you only plan to watch your children.

Can I Arrive to my party after the scheduled time?

Our parties are designed to start and stop punctually, which is why we request you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Being on time is crucial. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll assume you’ve canceled and proceed with the next scheduled party. *Note that depending on our party schedule, your party may need to be rescheduled to another date.

Is a deposit needed to reserve the party?

A non-refundable deposit of $75 must be made at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will need to be paid 15 minutes prior to the party’s start time. Please be aware that personal checks are not accepted.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Yes. Our Flat Car, Box Car, and Locomotive Party packages have a minimum guest count of 15 guests. The Gold Spike package necessitates a minimum of 50 guests. Please note that a guest is anyone aged three or older who is attending the party.

Are paper products provided?

We supply basic paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils. Themed party supplies can be purchased for an additional fee.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

Yes, if you select a “No Food” Package, you may bring outside food into our facility. However, open flames are not allowed. A $45 BYO service fee applies to outside food other than cake or cupcakes. Complimentary water is provided for guests, while extra beverage pitchers can be purchased for $5 each. *Please note that outside alcohol is prohibited.

Is Alcohol available for purchase?

Certainly! Our venue offers alcohol for sale, which can be added to your party by coordinating with a group sales representative or by buying it from your party host on the day of the event.

Can we bring our own Alcohol?

No Outside Alcohol Permitted ( Ohio state law prohibits any outside alcohol to to brought into our facility. Any violation of this policy will result in ejection from the facility and your party canceled without refund.) 
 

What if I have to reschedule my party?

Don’t worry – rescheduling your party comes at no additional cost. If you decide to cancel the party, the non-refundable $75 deposit can be utilized to book another party within one calendar year.

What happens if I must cancel my party entirely?

In the case you need to completely cancel your party, the non-refundable $75 deposit will be forfeited, as it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

When should you submit your final party details, you ask? Fear not!

About a week prior to your event, we’ll send you a questionnaire with a deadline to gather all the specifics. Just make sure to email us back by that date, and everything will run smoothly. Remember that any changes must be made at least 24 hours before the big day, so our dedicated kitchen and party teams have the accurate details. Late changes, however, can’t be guaranteed.

Can I bring in my own decorations and goodie bags?

Absolutely! Feel free to add some flair to the festivities. Just keep in mind that certain items like confetti, glitter, nails, tacks, staples, silly string, command strips, tape (except for scotch tape), and pinatas with contents inside are prohibited.

Curious about cake options? No worries! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and candles.

Alternatively, let EnterTRAINment Junction provide the cake to celebrate your special day! Choose from our ¼ sheet cakes (serves 20) or ½ sheet cakes (serves 40) as an add-on to any package. Contact our group sales team for pricing details and remember to give us at least two weeks’ notice for cake orders. Just take note: once you’ve placed an order, cake specifications cannot be changed, and all sales are final with no discounts available.

Can i have an open Flame or Cake Sparklers?

No Open Flame (Open flame is considered any object that produces fire that is not a lighter or normal birthday candle used for a birthday cake. Please note: Cake sparklers and any open flames are strictly prohibited!

Is a party host available to assist with my party?

For Hand Car Plus, Box Car, Locomotive, and Gold Spike birthday packages, a party host will be present. However, Hand Car and Flat Car parties do not include a party room or host and will be held in the preview area instead. The organizer of these parties is responsible for overseeing the event and cleaning up afterwards. Please avoid leaving personal belongings such as gifts or coats, as EnterTRAINment Junction cannot be held responsible for misplaced items after the party.

Do I need to stick around at my party?

Certainly! At least one adult must stay with the party at all times, ensuring children are never unsupervised in our attractions.

Can extra guests, like parents or siblings be added to a party?

Absolutely! Keep in mind that “Guests” refers to attendees aged 3-99 years old. Entrance into the attraction is prohibited without a wristband. Children aged two or younger can access the selected attraction(s) for free but are not counted within the packages, nor receive food (if purchased) or goodie bags. However, you can buy extra items a la carte. For information on adding more guests to your party package, please consult our group sales team.

Note: A wristband is mandatory for entry into attraction areas.

Can i get a refund on unused wristbands?

Refunds cannot be issued for unused wristbands. We will confirm the number of guests and adjust the final payment accordingly. It is possible to accommodate additional guests after the final payment has been processed. However, after the event has been finalized, we regret that refunds cannot be provided for any party items.
