Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Please read and agree to the terms below.

– Non-party coupons are not valid with party packages.
– Coolers are not allowed on the premises.
– Hand Car and Flat Car parties are self-hosted – You’ll be in charge.
– Cake and party favors can either be purchased or brought along (Please give us 2 weeks notice for cake orders).
– EJ doesn’t take responsibility for gifts or belongings left behind by guests.
– Party area/room will be reserved for exactly 60 minutes. Your hour commences at the scheduled start time and concludes punctually at the scheduled end time.
– Wristbands will be handed out by a party host midway through the event for easy access and re-entry.
– To secure your booking, A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required. If you need to cancel, you have the option to reschedule within one year. However, if you choose not to reschedule your event, the deposit will be forfeited without exceptions.
– Confirm all details one week prior to the party (Submit any adjustments no later than 24 hours before the event; changes after that may not be guaranteed).
– Final payment due 15 minutes before the party commences.
– You are allowed to decorate the party area if you do not choose one of our themes we just ask that there be no confetti, glitter, nails, tacks, staples, tape, silly string, command strips, or pinatas unless you are using them as decoration only, they can’t be used with the intention of breaking them open. All decorative pinatas will need to be approved by a member of the group sales team before use of the item will be permitted.
– A damage fee will be applied to any party that results in damage to EnterTrainment Junction property. This includes, but is not limited to, holes in walls, damage to carpets, tables, chairs, etc. The fee will be determined by EnterTrainment Junction at their sole discretion and billed accordingly.
– Stolen Items. Please not any stolen items from the party area such as Beer buckets, drink signage, decoration or other items will be subject to a replacement fee. The fee will be determined by EnterTrainment Junction at their sole discretion and billed accordingly.
– No Outside Alcohol Permitted ( Ohio state law prohibits any outside alcohol to to brought into our facility. Any violation of this policy will result in ejection from the facility and your party canceled without refund.)
– No Open Flame (Open flame is considered any object that produces fire that is not a lighter or candle used for a birthday cake. Unless otherwise approved by a member of the Group sales team)
– Children are required to wear socks in Imagination Junction
– Personal checks will not be accepted as payment.
– Our Preview Area, Tyler’s Hotel, Town Hall, and General Store Party rooms, perfectly designed to host up to 35 guests – 30 seated and 5 mingling comfortably! For grander celebrations requiring more space, simply reserve an additional room at a modest extra cost, subject to availability. Don’t hesitate to contact our attentive Group Sales team for pricing information. For cozier gatherings, check out our EJ Tower, accommodating up to 20 guests. However, please note that it is located up a flight of stairs with no ADA access and that the Preview Area parties and EJ Tower parties do not offer room/space add-ons as an option.
